The last dump indicate a problem with iaStorB.sys
I think this belongs to Intel SATA RAID Controller. It's pretty old:Code:ffffd000`241e8218 fffff801`adcf771eUnable to load image iaStorB.sys, Win32 error 0n2 *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for iaStorB.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for iaStorB.sys iaStorB+0x771e

You have quite a few old drivers, probably left over from the upgrade.
At this point I recommend you backup your data then do a Clean Install. That will get rid of all the old, leftover stuff and hopefully fix the problems you are seeing.Code:2008/09/24 01:28:20 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\SiSRaid2.sys 2008/10/01 04:56:04 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\sisraid4.sys 2009/12/30 03:19:49 AM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\revoflt.sys 2010/06/25 11:50:58 AM \??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers\sadp_npf64.sys 2010/10/06 11:14:37 AM \??\C:\Users\miker\AppData\Local\Temp\GPU-Z.sys 2011/04/11 01:48:16 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\iaStorV.sys 2012/11/26 06:02:51 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\stexstor.sys 2012/12/11 03:21:44 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\amdsbs.sys 2013/01/21 01:00:28 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\vstxraid.sys 2013/02/04 01:47:18 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\bxvbda.sys 2013/03/15 06:39:38 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\lsi_sss.sys 2013/03/26 04:36:54 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\HpSAMD.sys 2013/04/15 01:39:12 PM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\ladfGSCamd64.sys 2013/04/15 01:39:15 PM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\ladfGSRamd64.sys 2013/05/01 09:19:47 PM \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\PrecisionX 16\W 2013/06/03 05:02:39 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\megasr.sys 2013/07/15 05:39:01 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\netaapl64.sys 2013/09/12 10:34:16 PM \??\C:\Program Files\Common Files\Logitech\G430 2014/03/16 05:07:36 AM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\bcmfn2.sys 2014/04/21 01:28:42 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvraid.sys 2014/04/21 01:34:03 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvstor.sys 2014/04/22 02:21:41 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\vsmraid.sys 2014/04/25 12:14:00 AM \??\C:\ProgramData\BitRaider\support\1.3.3\E02B 2014/05/07 07:00:55 AM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\iaStorB.sys 2014/05/23 03:39:04 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mvumis.sys 2014/09/04 08:02:16 AM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\bcmwl63a.sys
Follow this tutorial: Windows 10 - Clean Install
The best way to backup is to do an image backup to an external hard drive using a program like Macrium Reflect Free.
Im kinda surprised because it was a clean install according to my friend who built it. I will get it done. thanks as always!
I think you may be right. I just checked mine which I know I clean installed a few months ago and I have these:
Pretty much the same list so these drivers must be present in the released Windows 10. Forget the Clean Install.Code:2008/09/24 02:28:20 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\SiSRaid2.sys 2008/10/01 05:56:04 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\sisraid4.sys 2009/11/02 10:06:35 PM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\BrUsbSIb.sys 2009/12/30 04:19:49 AM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\revoflt.sys 2011/01/18 12:42:28 AM \??\C:\Windows\system32\ampa.sys 2011/04/11 02:48:16 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\iaStorV.sys 2012/07/31 07:54:47 AM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\BrSerIb.sys 2012/11/26 07:02:51 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\stexstor.sys 2012/12/11 04:21:44 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\amdsbs.sys 2012/12/29 03:59:35 PM \??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64\speedfan.sys 2013/01/21 02:00:28 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\vstxraid.sys 2013/02/04 02:47:18 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\bxvbda.sys 2013/03/15 07:39:38 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\lsi_sss.sys 2013/03/26 05:36:54 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\HpSAMD.sys 2013/06/03 06:02:39 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\megasr.sys 2014/03/16 06:07:36 AM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\bcmfn2.sys 2014/04/21 02:28:42 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvraid.sys 2014/04/21 02:34:03 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\nvstor.sys 2014/04/22 03:21:41 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\vsmraid.sys 2014/05/23 04:39:04 PM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mvumis.sys 2014/06/17 10:07:00 PM \??\C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mwac.sys 2014/07/21 07:28:08 AM C:\Windows\system32\drivers\PSVolAcc.sys
Software that have been updated to Windows 10 do not always have drivers that are later than the release of Windows 10, a good example is Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes is optimized for Windows 10, but the Malwarebytes Web Protection driver is still from 2014.
