    BSOD Video TDR Failure

I'm trying to help a friend. She's had Windows 10 (32 bit) for a short time and suddenly, when she clicks on NEW to write a new message in her email, she gets an error called Video TDR Failure. She uses for her email. She will get the BSOD and then it says "recovering" and then will restart. But when she tries to compose a new email again the same thing happens. This is the only thing that is affected as far as she knows at this point. Everything else that she does on her computer is working.

Does anyone know if there's anything she can do to fix this?

She probably needs to do a video driver update. Get her to go to the manufacturers website for her graphics card and update her graphics card drivers.
