When we use Tapatalk, we cannot see the system spec's. You will need the RMA to send it back. I always check both sides of the reviews when looking at new hardware. Not knowing what I was getting into with the Raspberry Pi's, which one is being used for FreeRadius small platform testing in a Windows environment, along with a MySQL box which actually will be used in a mixed environment. I have to be careful about what USB hardware I may attach to them, because Windows 10 IoT is still an Insider, Linux Kernel panics.

It is more of what you plan on doing with that much bandwidth. If streaming wireless or using as a multipoint connection, having the 1.2gbps should work.

I just do not get how Edimax's adapter which looks the same as the Rosewill and probably has the same chipset, does not have the issue.

I duno. I have checked the Netgear forums and it looks that I have found thread with 100% working drivers for Netgear A6210-100PES for Windows 10. It looks good, has good reviews and seems OK. Gonna get it.
Already sent back the Edimax and getting cash back.

Netgear has been pretty good with the correct chipsets and drivers for their gear.
