It isn't a big deal that you don't have screenshots, it is just so I won't forget that you've done them

I did all that, it didnt ask for reboot
That is odd, msconfig should ask for a reboot when changes have been made.
Please make sure that the services are all configured per my instructions, it should ask for a reboot once you click 'OK' after 'Apply'.

Yeah I thought that, I'll check it when I'm next at my PC in a few hours, as this crash is random how should I go about restarting the services one by one, like is one boot without crashes for a few hours enough? Should it be 3? 5? Sorry if that doesn't make sense

A few hours should be enough, if no problem occurs enable 1 service & startup item, reboot and see if the problem persist, continue this until you've found the problem or there is nothing left to enable.

Well good news is I have had exactly 0 issues since turning all of the crap off. My only concern is when i turn them back on the suspect thing (if there is one) wont crash it straight away and make it harder to identify

So I turned one on last night, turned the computer on this morning and within 2 minutes of usage I got a BSOD, should I add the dump here (Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal, caused by amd sata.sys)

Amdsata.sys is the SCSI or IDE controller driver, the only drivers I can find are for Windows 8.1 but it could be worth a shot to (re)install them. They are included in the chipset drivers.

This tutorial is focused on graphics drivers, but it can be used for all drivers that need manual installation.
