    Bsod boot problem

Went to restart my computer and when I did and rebooted it it went to a loading screen with the circle balls going around.
It then goes to another loading the same thing.
Then it goes to a black screen where I can move the mouse.
I tried using the space and ctrl tricks to put in my password blindly but that doesn't work either.
I'm thinking it's graphics drivers but I can't get into safe mode so I have no idea what to do.
Edit: turns out booting into safe doesn't work either because it's a black screen booting into that as well.

What system specs do you have?
I assume that you can't get into safe mode because of a black screen?

Your problem doesn't sound like a BSOD (BlueScreen Of Death), is it correct that you're not having a bluescreen?

Could you clarify what you mean here? I can understand it until 'the same thing'.

What I mean by that is that it repeats the loading screen from before with the circular loading but a little slower for some reason then it goes black screen

What CPU do you use exactly?

How long are you waiting for the black screen?

That is the make, what is the model of the CPU?

So you can boot, but it takes incredibly long?
