I ran dm log collector here are the files.
It is your USB network adapter, if there are no driver updates you may need to remove it.

The driver installed is the latest on the website so should I just uninstall it in device manager?
If you then reboot and have it connected the drivers are reinstalled again, we need updated drivers or a replacement of the device or simply the network adapter removed.
It is my only way of internet connection luckily my dad has the exact same network adapter so I might try his and see if the problem continues?
went back on the website and there is another driver but it says it only added win 8.1 driver didn't change the others but I just downloaded that anyway uninstalled the driver that was installed and installed the one I downloaded
