tried to make sfc/scannow at cmd several times and get that msg :
"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix someof them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios."

Please read BSOD Posting Instructions & How to upload files

Please upload the cbs.log file located at %systemroot%\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.

There doesn't look anything wrong with the log, although I'm no expert at it.

    Could you please follow below

The dump is corrupted (the size is incorrect: 0KB), but this is worrying
    Code:

EDIT: If you haven't yet done this command:
Run in an admin command prompt the command
    Code:
    chkdsk C: /r
If you're asked to schedule it for the next reboot, press Y and reboot.
Please note that it may take several hours for it to complete, do NOT interrupt it, interrupting may cause harm to your hard drive.

After chkdsk is done, make another screenshot of the health in HDTune.

I hoped that chkdsk would mask some bad sectors, although it says there are no problems?, but your hard drive seems to have more bad sectors than it can handle.
It is recommended to backup your stuff if you haven't yet done this and replace the hard drive.
After the replacement is done and your system is back online see how it goes.
There are different memory types that can cause this crash:
    • Memory,
    • Hard drive,
    • Vram,
    • etc.

Lets hope the hard drive is the only one.
