does the power supply cable can cause that error when it is not well plugged in ?? because i feel sometimes when my cpu is moved while my pc is on i hear the HDD sound like it restarted and it stay doing that until i plug the cable in well again and my pc lags a lot because of that and sometimes i see that error after!!!

The PSU can cause many things, it is however very difficult to determine it due the many problems it can cause.

because i feel sometimes when my cpu is moved while my pc is on
    Could you clarify that more?

You need to get your case on something that is stable enough to not let the case move unless you move it by yourself.
Moving components (except for fans..) isn't really what you need with this problem.

It is recommended to backup your stuff if you haven't yet done this and replace the hard drive.

The benchmark may have improved, but I don't think the health and scan will be different.
If you want to access any data that is saved on either of those bad sectors you'll get either corrupted data or a system freeze or another crash.
