    BSOD randomly

    Hi,

This BSOD problem is really frustrating, i think there is some problem with the ATI driver but i leave it for the experts to help me find a solution to this problem.

I had a counterfeit windows installed earlier but purchased a genuine one recently. For few days it worked fine until the BSOD cropped up again.

It has occured twice now, once the system was sleep and when i tried to turn it back on.
And the second one occured while i was watching a movie.

Attaching the log file and the minidumps.

    Appreciate the help.

    Hi NOMAD41,

    Welcome to the 10forums :)

To start please update the BIOS to the most recent version.

You have a older GPU card AMD Radeon HD 5450 , for this GPU you need the AMD Legacy driver.

Is it necessary to update BIOS ? Also i see there is another version (rev 3.0), Should i download above 2.0 or the 3.0?

Does this mean that i need to buy a new graphic card ? I this PC assembled last year, within a year the graphic card went out of date, that's strange.
And any recommendations based on my system specifications which one should i buy which does not get out of date so soon.?
I am downloading the following, is this correct ?: https://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/non-whql-64bit-nieg-radeon-crimson-16.2.1-win10-win8.1-win7-feb27.exe

Of what I saw you're rev. version is 2.0 and it is normally a good thing to keep things up to date.
