I cant open windows anymore. When i tried to fix using command prompt by typing sfc/scannow command it displayed windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation. Also now I cant even access OS , D ,E drives using linux. Please reply as soon as possible.

Using ntfsfix on an hibernated Windows partition is not advisable ... as it's still in a"semi-mounted" state. One should only mount it as readonly - if you can't disable fast startup from Windows. See here for more info.

This has probably made Windows unmountable due to the changes no longer being synchronized with hiberfil.

Not sure if a Macrium Reflect "Fix Windows startup" from Kyhi's Recovery disc will work.
