    Ok, I will do that.

And just now, I got BSOD again, which is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (NETIO.SYS), the most frequent one. Would you like to look at the new dump file, maybe you can find something. Thank you.

It is the same as the first post, but I realize I made a mistake with Revo Uninstaller, it would be better if you run the AVG uninstaller in part C
    Uninstall AVG software | AVG
Normally I mostly use Revo Uninstaller to remove programs, but with security programs it is better to use the provided uninstall tool.

It looks that your version of VPN Tunnelbear is from 2014.
    Update to the latest version.

So I already did the test again. Apparently, it didn't show any error at all either.

    Attachment 78270

But I found something. It shows that the memory size is 3531M. But isn't it supposed to be 4096M?
If my memory serves me right, then the other memory size is used for the VRAM of the integrated graphics. Maybe I can find the failure if I can test that portion of the RAM?

And thank you for how to uninstall the AVG. It's clean now.

Just to let you know, I've only once seen an actual error with this test but it is a very good test to find out if you're cooling well enough what is in a lot of cases missed :)

    Diagnostic test

     GPU TEST

Run Furmark to test your GPU. Furmark tutorial

    Note   Note
Run Furmark for around 30 minutes

    warning   Warning
Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

I'm sorry. I don't quite undestand the objective of this test. What's something occured in this test that makes it apparent that the GPU is the BSOD source? If there's artifact, that's it?

And what GPU I must test, the integrated or the discrete one. Thank you.

If my memory serves me right, then the other memory size is used for the VRAM of the integrated graphics.
The VRAM is from the GPU, we recommend Furmark to test the GPU.
As you say the VRAM is from the iGPU so you need to test the iGPU.

Sorry, it's been almost 2 months since the last time I replied. I had to cope with final and projects, so I decided to postpone this. Sorry that I didn't inform you beforehand.

About the furmark, I couldn't continue the test. Because it only shown the temperature for nvidia card, not the intel one. So as the test ran, the temperature graph for the intel won't move, but there's buzzing sound from the fan. So I guess I can't check with this test?

And about this problem, I found something. Lately I got BSOD after succesfully fill out the password for lock screen. So, when I already enter the password and the lock screen "opened", then BSOD came. I don't know if it happened after I wake it up from sleep, or only locked it.
Then, on the other hand, sometimes when I use this laptop, my screen freeze. And I catch the note, something like "intel driver for windows 8 stopped working". I thought that I already had the driver for windows 10, so I grab the driver for windows 10 from the asus site. Now I already installed it. I will report any BSOD if there's any after I installed the new driver.
