Wherefrom you got the nvidia display driver?
Asking because it is noe driver that is flagging there.

Download the latest available nvidia display driver for your laptop model from Download Center: Download Software, Firmware, Drivers & Manuals | Samsung
Uninstall the installed driver: Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Install the downloaded driver.

See how it goes. Let us know the result.

    Do two things.

► Download and install Malwarebytes Free version ... scroll down to this page. Boot the computer in safe mode and perform a full scan.

► Enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

    information   Information
    Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

    warning   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

    Tip   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

** If you have anything installed from an unknown/warez source, uninstall it.

    Code:
    DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER (f7)
A driver has overrun a stack-based buffer. This overrun could potentially
allow a malicious user to gain control of this machine.
    DESCRIPTION
A driver overran a stack-based buffer (or local variable) in a way that would
have overwritten the function's return address and jumped back to an arbitrary
address when the function returned. This is the classic "buffer overrun"
hacking attack and the system has been brought down to prevent a malicious user
from gaining complete control of it.
Do a kb to get a stack backtrace -- the last routine on the stack before the
buffer overrun handlers and bugcheck call is the one that overran its local
    variable(s).
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Actual security check cookie from the stack
Arg2: 000057ffc2fb06cf, Expected security check cookie
Arg3: ffffa8003d04f930, Complement of the expected security check cookie
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, zero

As Arc is gone for a few days, I'll see if I can help :)
Driver verifier did not flag any driver, this usually is indicative of another problem then drivers (usually hardware), please follow below instructions carefully to test the memory.

A question, is there a BIOS update available at the support page of Samsung?

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

Hi @mamito, If I have been in your place, I would have tried a clean reinstall of windows in this stage.
