In BIOS I set RAM to 400 MHz clock speed and 800 MHz transfer speed, but got same BSOD

If you re-read the posts #8 and #2, you will see that it is not that what is desired. YOu will need 533MHz clock speed at minimum.
If it BSODs in RAM speeds 533MHz, 667MHz, 800MHz or 1066MHz, let us see the crash dumps. We can proceed for further troubleshooting then.
But as far as hardware incompatibility is present there, no further troubleshooting will be effective.

As I said RAM speed now is set to 800 MHz and got same BSOD... I tried to use verifier and set to verify few drivers, and system crashed on boot so I think its one of 3rd party drivers but I cant get which one

The dumps those we can see are not flagging any driver as failing, even at the deepest search. Still verifier will be a good idea. If you cannot get to the desktop with verifier enabled, free-up the startup.I tried to use verifier and set to verify few drivers, and system crashed on boot so I think its one of 3rd party drivers but I cant get which one
- Right click on the taskbar and click on "Task Manager" in the context menu.
- It will open Task Manager with "Processes" tab selected. Click on the "Startup" tab.
- Select them all one by one and click "Disable" at the bottom right corner.
- Disable everything there other than the antivirus.
Now hopefully you will be able to get to the desktop with verifier enabled. See how it goes. Let us know.

Despite of everything else, mixing up RAM is not healthy. You need to use RAM modules those came in a single KIT (number of RAM modules designed/tested to work together).
Remove the Transcend ones. Keep only the two Kingston RAMs. Then let us see the details in Speccy.
