    Frequent crashes

My T420s crashes at least once a week. Has been doing so for a long time. I'm sending the analysis files along with this post. Thanks in advance.

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

    warning   Warning
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with Drivertoolkit, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

The crash, the only one that has been saved, is caused by an outdated driver of 1 of your audio devices.
If updating is possible, try it, else you should remove it.
    Code:

    Crashed again

Instead of updating or removing the bad driver, I disable it. Is that enough? I didn't have a crash for a whole week. Then, after a good week, I had another crash. When I try to upload the latest .dmp file, I get an error message saying that it's an invalid file.
    Thanks.

You can't upload .dmp files directly because they aren't supported, this is a reason why a BSOD Posting Instructions topic has been created.

    The new diagnostic report

I forgot about the procedure for uploading diagnostics. I've attached the new diagnostic report to this email. Thank you.

IObit is causing the crash, not really a surprise to me because IObit software is known for causing problems.
My recommendation is to get rid of IObit software.
    Code:

    *                                                                             *

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
