    Please make sure no unnecessary peripheral is connected to rule such connections out.

    Do you get problems when you remove the secondary hard drives?

    I want to work to a system with as less as possible connected, this would make it easier to find the root cause.
    You may want to read following guide for stripping down your system, it is the same I want to work to but it contains extra stuff that may be useful.
