Crashed while playing a Youtube video

I was watching Youtube on Chrome when it happened. I walked away from my computer so I'm not positive as to what else might have been open. I think 5KPlayer (a video player for Windows 10) was open too (per the system tray icon). Steam might have also been running. I got the error "0xxc000021a" when I saw the cute little blue splash screen with the frowny face.

    Hello cowlicker.

Could you please run the DM log collector again as some of the necessary files are missing, did you remember to run it as an administrator?

    Cheers, Boris :)

Ok this time I ran as admin. Note - both times it gave me an error saying that "System Information" has stopped working and that Windows was going to check for a solution, but then it just gave me a button to close the program. That might be the cause of the missing files.

    Hello again.

Because that there aren't any dump files included in the zip, I will suggest you some steps that other people with the same problem got.

    1. Click the Search button(the magnifying glass).
    2. Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!
    3. While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
    4. You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
    5. Click Yes.
    6. A black box will open with a blinking cursor.
    7. Type "sfc /scannow" and hit ENTER.
    8. System File Checker will begin scanning for Error 0x139 and other system file problems (be patient - the system scan may take a while).
    9. Follow the on-screen commands.
    Cheers, Boris :)

Ok I did that and it said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." after it scanned the system.

Okay, click start -> click file explorer -> in the search bar type: %SYSTEMROOT%/Minidump -> tap enter

And if you see any files in the folder, please upload them here, if not then Windows might not be creating the dumps on crashes and then I would recommend that follow this tutorial:
    BSOD minidump Config

    Cheers, Boris :)

So there are 2 "search bars" - the main one used to navigate and the one used to search within the current directory. When I pasted what you wrote into the main one it said "Windows can't find 'C:\WINDOWS/Minidump'. Check the spelling and try again." I noticed that the slash you used was different than the one returned by windows in the error message, so then I tried "%SYSTEMROOT%\Minidump" but I got the same error message - "Windows can't find 'C:\WINDOWS\Minidump'. Check the spelling and try again."

Before I pasted it into the search bar (the 2nd one), I made sure I was in C:\. I pasted it and hit enter. It took a while to search but it didn't find anything.
