Kernel crash when waking up from sleep

    Hi.
I have an ASUS TP300L. Everything was going quite fine, but one day, a bug arose: the laptop crash when resuming from sleep (I think that's an hybrid sleep).
When I "power on" the computer, the ASUS logo shows up with a spinning wheel, then the screen blink, and the .
I'm 99% sure the blink means it crashed while resuming from sleep, and launch instead a "clean" startup from scratch.
And there is new information in the event log ! With a filter set to "critical" and "error", it only display that a unexpected shutdown happened.

This bug is killing me, it drive me crazy. I offer a 20 euro paypal donation to the people solving it (it's not a lot but I'm broke)

What happens after resuming from sleep exactly?
The screen blinks a bit, and after that?

    FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE (12b)
This bugcheck indicates that a single bit error was found in this page. This is a hardware memory error.

Are there any newer dumps in C:\Windows\minidump? If so, zip them up and upload here please.
