After downloading the latest ISO I've managed to install the update. As its apparently a different build from mine I had to pretty much reset my C: drive so that messed up a lot of my apps haha Wellp I suppose it would only get better from here anyway. Thanks guys for the helpful advice (Especially you ztruker ) I'll be marking this a solved. If I ever do get another BsoD from the EAC I'll be sure to contact the devs about it.

    Many thanks,
    Yan.

If you got the right ISO then you should have been able to do a normal upgrade and nothing should have been lost.

Is the install activated? How to make sure your free copy of Windows 10 is activated

It says Windows is activated. The version is now 1511 and on build 10586.164.

Have you tried the game that was giving you the BSOD yet? Curious to see if that problem is now fixed or not.

Yes but as It occurs randomly while I'm in-game I really can't tell at the moment. Haven't really had the chance to play long since I'm busy with work but hopefully it won't crash anymore. But as I've said, If it crashes I'll be sure to give an update to the post. :)
