I am suspicious about if your activation is legit or not, due to below stuff.
This "kms-r@1n.exe" file isn't from Windows and shouldn't be there, this makes it as a suspicious file and thus possible malware what may relate to the activation.
    Code:
     kms-r@1n.exe c:\windows\kms-r@1n.exe

     <ActivePartialProductKey>VCFB2</ActivePartialProductKey>

Did this shop also install Windows? Shops usually install counterfeit copy of Windows to be cheap.

If there was a legit copy of Windows pre-installed you should reset your system.

First get a legit activation before talking about the problem, a counterfeit installation has something to do with the problem.

    Is Windows pre installed??
You should know it, if you see a Windows sticker on the back of your laptop you see what version was pre-installed.

And what can i do after reset??
See if you can reproduce the problem.
