    system_service_exception (netio.sys)

    Getting this BSOD while using a tool that records some "human" actions from the browser (chrome v.48) on Windows 10

    Updated my network adapters drivers (ethernet + Wireless) and those of the Nvidia GTX 960M installed: problem still occurs. Zip file containing minidumps and other files attached. Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi again,

    this is an update because I've just received an other BSOD while using Microsoft Edge. The BSOD is slightly different this time, the error message is: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys). I can attach new minidump file if necessary.

    Thanks again.

    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff800ba5e0e28, ffffd00021a50010, 0}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for NFC_Driver.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for NFC_Driver.sys
    Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!StreamInvokeCalloutAndNormalizeAction+60 )

    It is Network Flow Control SDK by Titan ARC Corp. that is causing the issue. If you are aware of such any network/bandwidth controller thing is installed in your system, uninstall it and see how it goes. Let us know.

    Arc, you were right.. this has been caused by a tool that controls network bandwith. The problem seems to be fixed since I uninstalled a built-in software from Asus called: ROG GameFirst III. This tool is supposed to give players better gaming experience by optimizing network acceleration..

    Thank's for the hint
