    Bad_pool_header

    Greetings,

Been having this issue lately. Usually occurs when a video file is actively playing and, while playing the file i browse either on the web or file explorer.

    I've attached diagnostic files,

    Thank you,

Remove the piracy of your system first please.

    Forum rules
    4) No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc).

Piracy? Vlc is free... And i have genuine windows validation!
I have a family member that uses the pc also... But i have no idea what may haven been pirated. Do you think that could be the cause of the crashes?

    I'm aware of both.

Who has added the rule for Malwarebytes updates in the hosts is the one you should ask if you haven't.

Look a little bit lower in the same file, that is what I'm referring to.

I don't specifically mention it, because I want to be sure I don't forget anything :)
In case you don't know, if any program is illegal activated it may behave in unexpected ways, this changes the way the system behaves what makes chances to problems greater what makes troubleshooting problems difficult.
This is also a reason to remove all piracy on the system.
