No, as you said you included the zip.I included all the logs using the log collector tool. do you need any other logs?

"i_view64.exe" is the IrfanView picture viewer, which I use for simple image viewing.
it is very simple and widely used but I can't remember ever having a crash while using it.

yes, of course - I see there is a newer version 4.4.2 (I use 4.4.1).
I can update to the new one but if the reports are crucial I can also uninstall it.
