I'm baaack. I noticed a few days ago that I set a wrong bar spacerer (I dont know how its really called in english) behind the mainboard and thought this was causing the problems. I had now 5days without a BSOD but today I got a completely new one.
After I fixed the mainboard I reinstalled windows 10 to get a fresh start.
The new BSOD is: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION caused by win32kfull.sys
I added the dumpfile.
There are some references to some file system drivers (NTFS, FLTMGR, hall.dll, I named these drivers and dll for reference for me for the troubleshooting process just in case) and graphics kernel drivers and eventually the graphics drivers flagging
Run Furmark to test your GPU. Furmark tutorial

Run Furmark for around 30 minutes
Warning
Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

I did another benchmark (unigine heaven benchmark) for over 30minutes and it seems to be fine.

I think its worth noting that the BSODs seems to only appear when I run a movie or tv series in the VLC player.
