    1. Short Drive Self Test
    2. Short generic
    3. Long generic

Passed all three. Could you make use of the cbs.log?

    Good morning,

SFC said after the second run that certain windows files are corrupted. I posted the cbs.log in the previous post. The HDD tests passed :)

I had a second look and it seems there are some files in the %systemroot%\winsxs directory corrupted or missing which are related to manifest files
    Code:
2016-02-06 23:58:48, Info CSI 00002775 [SR] Cannot verify component files for Microsoft-Windows-SharedFoldersUI.Resources, version 10.0.10586.0, arch amd64, culture [l:5]"de-DE", nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, manifest is damaged (FALSE)
Please try to run sfc, reboot, sfc 3 times for SFC to try to repair them.
If the message doesn't change to 'Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations' please try following below.

Please try following command in admin command prompt
    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 or 7 (depending on the file you have from the download) from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial

    Hello,

Thank you again for your effort. I ran sfc three times and I still received the same message. I have to be honest with you, it is getting a bit too complicated for me in the next step. The DISM command could not find source files, I assume that I have to download an iso windows 10 image but there are plenty of options and I do not know which to take and where to save, can you help me?

Edit. I am now downloading the win10 iso image to my computer, it takes approximatelz 1hour. What do I do from there on?

Try to follow the tutorial provided, if you have any problem or do not understand something please let me know and I'll try to explain it.

Shortly you have to enter a command that has a variable
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:Full Path to install.esd file:1
Full path to install.esd file example
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Install.esd:1
Full path to install.wim file example
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:D:\sources\install.wim:1

    Hello,
I now downloaded it but I am not capable of creating the correct path. I attached a screenshot to the location. Here is what I typed into the prompt command but it appears to be wrong.

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim: E:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess

edit. I accidentally but a space inbetween wim and E, I will check again and try to make it work.
edit2. did not work, here is the message

That would be because of the extension, I don't know why but this error occurs when using .wim. although a few months ago it worked for several users.

    Try the one fro techbench:

I downloaded the one one the very end of the page, next to the confirm button, is this not the techbench one?
