but how to determine bad drivers installed by this program which might be reason of system instability?
A restore point is a very good way to remove them, or you know what drivers have been installed and can revert the drivers back to a previous version.

should I do it on Individual GPU or SLI?
If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup

I did followed your generic tutorial for driver verifier last week when these issues started. after enabling driver verifier (as per your method), I was having BSOD with " Driver verifier detected violation" without mentioning any specific driver name like XXX.sys , it went into loop so I had to disable verifier to get into windows (safe-mode)

should I change paging memory sizes? I have ssd for my boot and games, I have set them to automatic for now

Ok, I will run multi GPU stress test with furmark at stock settings for 30 minutes and let you know results, i will record entire session as well and upload it to YouTube for your to verify

Keep the settings as how it is.

After MemTest86+ is finished and Furmark also with no problems, then enable driver verifier again per instructions (I'll add them below again in quote). When driver verifier detects a violation (or multiple), run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip after disabling driver verifier again.

    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER

    warning   Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

    Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

Just to clarify : Once hardware tests are completed ( RAM and GPUs), I will enable Driver Verifier as per tutorial, wait for any BSOD or Driver verifier detected violation , then disable verifier and then finally run the DM Log Collector

Please confirm the process as I understood here !

I will get back to you with results today late evening

Bad Pool Header, Driver related crashes

    Hi

    Please find attached following:
    1. Dump files after verifier run as per tutorial
    2. DM log files
    3. Furmark test results for more than 30 minutes run with both GPUs in SLI - @ 1080p resolution, with no artifacts at all, also temps got stabilized at 84 C max (but when I tried running stress test at 4K resolution, temps remained stable at 84 C but after five minutes screen freezes and I had to switch off PSU)
    4. Memtest results after 19 hours and 5 passes with 0 errors (Shared with Google drive as pic sizes were more than allowed limit on forum) New Screen Shots.zip - Google Drive

Let me know what I should do next?

    Thanks a lot

Please remove ASUS software and update following drivers
Driver Reference Table - tap0901.sys network driver
    Driver Reference Table - rawdsk3.sys
    Driver Reference Table - PDFsFilter.sys

From where have you downloaded the memory test?
The memory test I suggested shouldn't say 'MemTest86 V6.3.0 Free' but more like 'MemTest86+ V5.01'

Ok I will update drivers accordingly ! but I am not sure what else I can remove for ASUS, I have removed most of ASUS stuff ? could you please advise what is left to remove?

I found this forum post to reinstall all drivers from beginning - Windows 7 Installation - Transfer to a New Computer - Windows 7 Help Forums

can I follow this method in Win 10 environment too? if not, is there a way to just reinstall all drivers without affecting programs and files? or just clean install Win 10 again and use ASUS ROG mobo website to install drivers (rather than stupid program which I had used when I clean install win )

Also I have linked here complete drivers list from Asus ROG website for my motherboard, could you please have a look and advise which are the ones I should install and which are not be installed?

MAXIMUS VIII HERO | Motherboards | ASUS USA

My OS is Win 10 64 bit

I went to PassMark memtest86 website and downloaded latest version available which was 6.03 !

You want me to run again Memtest86+ 5.01 instead? would it make that much of a difference in results?

Simply reinstall the drivers, programs and files are never affected when one installs drivers.

To make it a bit more clearer,
the tap0901 driver is the TAP-Windows Adapter V9 network adapter, I had trouble in the past helping someone because I couldn't specify which driver needed to be installed and the OP didn't want to search. Eventually the OP chose to mark the thread as solved because he was tired of me after I gave an answer that was wrongly interpreted by the OP.
Unfortunately for the other drivers I can't be more specific, because I don't know exactly with what they below to
You can check the details of the drivers (usually located at %systemroot%\system32) by right clicking the drivers > properties > details.
You want me to run again Memtest86+ 5.01 instead?
We can't help if you don't try what is suggested.

would it make that much of a difference in results?
Depends on what the result of MemTest86+ is.
