How do I set this CPU to be max 3.5 ghz and keep my intended / designed 1600mhz memory speed rating? The lowest my board will let me set it is 3.6 ghz even if I use the blck freq setting to lower it to 3.49 but then it lowers my memory to 1555 mhz.

    Please advise.

NM, I found it. Its in another CPU screen. Turbo mode is now disabled.

Wanted to give an update. As I suspected my BSOD was not caused by OC. I did an "In OS update" and it has solved my problems. My blue screens were the result of corrupted windows store files and windows files that could not be repaired thru sfc /scannow. I have been back on my OC for over 1 week and not a single BSOD.
