    OK ran frumark for about 35 mins and received no errors
      My Computer

    If you haven't tried below, please try it.

    Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your manufacturer. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

    OK i used the DUU to uninstall all NVidia products and loaded the newest driver. I started skyrim and played for roughly 5 minutes then got a TDR BSOD and upon restart then got a DXGKRNL BSOD

    Try to disable the Nvidia GPU in device manager, right click the Nvidia gpu and choose to disable it.
