    You're aware of that I can't analyse freezes? Because they don't leave logs behind, logs can't be written because the system can't do anything.

    I would start with driver updating from all components and BIOS updating, then start with hardware tests to ensure the hardware is fine.
    After that I would ensure everything is proper connected and seated and that everything in the BIOS is proper configured to start with.
    Not to forget check if all cables are proper and not damaged in any way.

    But all these steps I performed already before creating the thread in this forum
    I even replaced GPU to check if thats the issue, but its not.

    You asked what I would do, that is where I would start with, ruling out everything related to the hardware.
    As with the hardware, there are many possibilities with the software that can cause a freeze.

    My suggestion is to create a new thread at Performance Maintenance - Windows 10 Forums for more and better help.

    But I got no response. I started replacing each hardware piece one by one - after mainboard and ram replacement, issue got resolved. thanks anyway...
