frequently BSOD everytime after appr. 30min

    Hey Folks!

Had in the past already random BSOD with the current machine (at that time Win7 and Win8.1) but just one in two or three months.
After I upgraded the machine to Win10 I'm facing heavy frequent BSOD everytime after appr. 20-40mins and also directly when starting the PC (restart Loop and after 20 times I can sometimes start into OS).
Did already lot of Research which Hardware could be the defect one
    1. did memtest86 for over 24 hours (19 passes, 0 not passed) => assume RAM is working properly
    2. did all possible Tests with seatool (everything ok, all passed), related manufacturer Software also tells everything is ok => assume SSD is working
    3. disconnected all Hardware and ran Driver verifier and again BSOD => Driver verifier detected faulty INTEL Driver so I installed my graphic Card again
    4. again BSOD => Driver verifier detects NVIDIA Driver is the faulty one (audio), so I deactivated them
    5. again BSOD => Driver verifier detects Network Driver is faulty and I deactivated them
    6. again BSOD => Driver verifier does not detect a faulty Driver (unselected all Microsoft Drivers at the Setup as requested in the tutorial) but the dump tells me the ntoskrnl.exe has some Problem

At this stage I assume eather the CPU or the Motherboard has some defect but I can not tell which one (no professional) and if this assumption is correct. Since I have read lot of Posts where lot of People are writing most of the times when it Comes to only CPU or Motherboard are defect, it is the Motherboard.

I have added all relevant informations and data (hopefully). If something is missing, please just request it and I will post it.
Please help me out to decide whats the Problem with my PC and not unnecessary have to buy expensive Hardware as replacement for something which is in fact working properly.

    Thanks a lot!

    Please read following carefully.
    2 notes
    1. Memory test has been added to ensure the right test is used
    2. SeaTools on SSD could give inconclusive results hence the reason why I kept (most of) the hard drive tests.

    Troubleshooting

    Read carefully before proceeding.

    warning   Warning
If you're overclocking your system, revert back to stock clocks now.

    Note   Note
Test the system once the overclock is removed before continuing with the steps outlined below.

    Part One: CPU Stress Test
    Part Two: MemTest86+ RAM Diagnostic
    Part Three: Hard Drive Diagnostics
    Part Four: GPU Stress Test

    ONE

     CPU TEST

Run Prime95 and/or IntelBurenTest to stress test your CPU. Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU - Windows 10 Forums & CPU - Stress Test Using IntelBurnTest - Windows 7 Help Forums

    warning   Warning
Your CPU temperatures will rise quickly while under this stress test. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if overheating occurs.

    TWO

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking forzero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

    THREE

     HDD TEST

    Run chkdsk
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums

    Run HDTune to
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • check the health,
    • benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
Let me know what the results are
    • of the error scan,
    • make a screenshot of the health of every hard drive and post the screenshots,
    • post screenshots with the benchmark of the
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

    FOUR

     GPU TEST

Run Furmark to stress test your GPU. FurMark - GPU Stress Test - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note
Run Furmark for around 30 minutes.

    warning   Warning
Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if overheating occurs.
