Driver power state failure on restart

My computer seems to run fine but whenever I shut it down or restart it the screen goes black for about 10 minutes and then I get a blue screen with a driver power state failure. The system files are attached.

    Thanks for your help!

    Please disable driver verifier
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Enter "verifier/reset" (without quotes)

Please disconnect every USB device but mouse and keyboard.
    Code:
    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0x9F_VRF_3_POWER_DOWN_btfilter_IMAGE_UsbHub3.sys

    BUCKET_ID: 0x9F_VRF_3_POWER_DOWN_btfilter_IMAGE_UsbHub3.sys

    ANALYSIS_SOURCE: KM

    FAILURE_ID_HASH_STRING: km:0x9f_vrf_3_power_down_btfilter_image_usbhub3.sys
Please check lenovo for chipset and bluetooth driver updates, there are some more drivers outdated for Windows 10 but these drivers are a very proper start for removing outdated drivers :)

Please fill in your system specs

I disabled the driver verifier and updated the drivers for the chipset, bluetooth and Altheros network adapter.

I restarted the computer and everything worked normally. Perhaps that solved it!
