BSOD after new processor and graphics card

    Attachment 61050

Hey guys, I'm pretty computer savvy, however I am having issues with BSODs. I've run memtest, I've run primetest, I've run Super Pi. They all come back with no errors. I've updated to the latest drivers, device manager shows no issues. I've installed a new SSD because I thought it was the Hard drive failing.
Still BSODs with a clean copy of Windows 7 upgraded to Windows 10.
I am not overclocking... Oh I bought the new processor, put it in. And then returned it and got a new one because I thought the processor was faulty.
I've run it on the onboard graphics and taken out the graphics card cause I thought it may have been that, it wasn't. I've switched the memory around in the slots. I've run SFC and CHKDSK... I ran Driver verifier... I am at a loss at what to do. The funny part is that I'm an IT major and can't fix his own damn computer haha any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Please update following drivers
    Driver Reference Table - L1C62x64.sys
    Driver Reference Table - netr28x.sys
    Driver Reference Table - speedfan.sys

Also check ASRock for driver updates
    ASRock > FM2A75M Pro4+

I've updated said drivers, and I will update you on what happens. What could make those drivers go missing?

It still is giving BSOD, should I run the Log collector again so you have the latest blue screen information?

Those drivers aren't missing, but the cause of some crashes.

    Yes please :)
I could also give some out of nowhere suggestions, but I doubt it'll help you as 99% of the times such suggestions won't come even close to a more stable system.

Your Nvidia video drivers have been flagged.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
