Occasional Random BOSD, related to the kernal -potential memory issue?

I ran dm_log_collector.exe, and I think it grabbed all of my BSODs (some I think I fixed). But if you look at the most recent one (and similar ones) -- that is the type of error I'm talking about.

According to BSOD Viewer, my error occurs at ntoskrnl.exe+142770 and is this error: Bug Check 0x139 KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE - Windows 10 hardware dev (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE)

Here is my logs from the DM Log Collector Attachment 60523.

I've done a fair bit of googling, ran memtestx86 on both of my ram cards (both were fine after 2 passes, but when they both were installed, there was one error after a full pass -- I'm only using one of the cards now)

Is there any other information you need? This is my first post to tenforums.com.

Please disconnect every USB device except for mouse and keyboard.

    Do you use VPN?

Thanks for taking the time to analyze my problem!

I do use a VPN sometimes. Do you think the VPN is causing the issue?

Maybe if I uninstall the vyprVPN software, and just set up the connection using Windows' VPN utilities, that would be better?

For the FIIO E17 driver, is that still causing issues? I thought I fixed that.
    - I had to disable all of the driver verification settings
    - I also had to uncheck 'allow applications to take exclusive control of this device' from the sound device properties

The VPN network driver has been flagged, please uninstall the related software.

I checked the dumps of the past few days to get a better view of the problem, the audio driver was present in 1 of the dumps. This driver is a little old, please try to update it.

Ok, cool. I'll uninstall the vpn software when I get home.

As for the audio driver, I think it's the newest FIIO offers :-(

    FiiO-Born for Music and Happy
(download link here Dropbox - FiiO-E17 ASIO Driver.rar)

I wish I could update it. haha.

But thanks! I'll see if the vpn software removal fixes the problem (I've been getting a BSOD almost once a day recently)

    Well, it happened again.

It always seems to happen when I'm playing Starcraft... :-\ Attachment 61602

This time the Bug Check String is BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER -- USBPORT.SYS

    Why would what break?

Unplug the USB devices, plugin mouse and keyboard in different USB ports and see how it goes.
If it crashes, change the USB ports again.
