    If the issue is a power issue then a Windows 7 installation won't help, if a Windows 7 installation does help then your problem is a software problem and could then lead to a corrupted task scheduler or something.

    Please check in your tasks scheduler for tasks that could cause a sudden shutdown/reboot.
