Kernell Power Even ID 41 Category 63

    Hi everyone,

I've been getting this error randomly since I did a clean install of Windows 10 Home couple weeks ago. last time it happened I run prime95 for like 10 minutes, until my core temp. has reached 80degrees. The time before that it crushed when I was watching YouTube. My CPU is running at 4Gz (200 Base Clock)( with Noctua on top of it) and Memory is at 1600 with XMP disabled and default voltages.
    PSU: Corsair HX850W

My Even Viewer shows critical error "Kernel Power Event ID 41 Task Category (63)":
"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.":

The 0x124 crashes are all internal unclassified where the cache bank is consistent, what means we are dealing with a consistent crash.
Unclassified means the error hasn't been documented publicly.
Please revert the overclock back to stock and test your system.
    Code:

I reduced the speed of CPU down to 3.5Ghz and have not had one crush so far. Max temperature during 2 hour long Torture Blend test in prime95 was at 56C max(compared to 82C at 4Ghz). Could it be temp. Issue(I guess not since it did crush yesterday during video playback in firefox) or just unstable OC due to low voltage on Vcore? I run this system for almost 5 years now at 4Ghz with default voltages did not have any issues until now.

I don't know what your BIOS settings are for overclocking, but you need to re-check them if you want to overclock again.
Of course also check the fans, dust and airflow just in case :)

I can post some pics tomorrow. I did clean the whole case tonight, reattached every single connector and reapplied CPU thermal compound(Arctic Silver 5)

Also, for some reason when I set "Init Display First" to PCI-E 16-1 (slot taken by GTX 690) I have massive lags in windows and applications/ games, like stuttering.

Do you know what BIOS settings were changed when you were OC'ing?

Yes, All I did is changed BaseClock to 200(base CPU clock 133 default) and multiplayer(locked at 26 this is why I changed Bclk) down to 20 to get 4Ghz. Loaded Xtreme.Memory. Profile1(sets the RAM voltage to 1.65 and speed to 1600) and put its multiplayer to 8 to get 1600Hz, disabled power saving modes C1 - C3,4,5.... Disabled CPU turbo boost.

My Intel SATA controller run in AHCI mode(changed it before Windows install), the rest is disabled. I also updated my Bios after I installed windows, as far as I remember.
