Really struggling here....hopefully that is the zipped file you need?
Happening intermittantly...can go days without it...then 2 or three times in fairly quick succession......then nothing for days...
if anyone an point me in the right direction that would be great.

tried again - the tool once again created an empty zip folder.....
Reading the instructions again, I have to save the information into that file....where is this information?

I don't believe that is the correct one, but from another thread.
There are a few reasons
- I have just analysed the dumps from that zip in another thread,
- The system is according to the zip an Alienware laptop, according to your system specs you have a Lenovo system
- The first and second zip files have different names, the second is identical to the zip from the other thread.

ahh yes. ok. so why is my zip file empty...I deffo have a lenovo!
I hve run the tool twice now...and both times there is an empty zip file on my desktop...
pc has just done it again :-(
How many files are there in the following directory?
If there are many, like 35+ then you need to delete the oldest onces.Code:%systemroot%\minidump

Thanks for the continued support. I had a couple of BSOD earlier....but its been fine for the rest of the afternoon.
How do I use that bit of code you gave me...in the command prompt or a folder in explorer?

You can either search it or in the address balk of explorer.
Usually the location is C:\Windows\Minidump, but some have a different letter for their Windows folder, the %systemroot% makes sure you have the Windows partition letter always correct :)
