No idea why these appear upside down on the forum, sorry about that.
I can save them and on my laptop turn them, but currently I prefer to spend the time necessary for that onto a project.
If you can get them uploaded right I'll have a look at it now, else I'll have a look at it within 2-3 hours when I'm home from school.

and the ram at 1223MHz
Your memory is running at 2446MHz and I understand you're trying to get it to 3200MHz which is overclocking for your memory.
I sugges that you create a thread at PC Custom Builds and Overclocking - Windows 10 Forums for this particular problem so you get help from overclocking experts :)
The BSOD section isn't meant for support with overclocking, overclocking may cause problems and in the BSOD it is adviced to revert the overclock so helping in the BSOD section with overclocking is a bit of the opposite of what we do.
Ok no worries, i thought that since it stated on the RAM packet 3200MHZ it was meant to run as such but what your saying is that is its top speed when OC?
