Hi axe0,
So unfortunately I ran into another BSoD
so this what happenned.. for some reason I did another reset on my laptop "I did the remove everything, quicker version" I kinda did twice..
so after the reset I removed all MSI bloatware like we did before and installed all my apps, everythings seems to be working fine.. and then after I'm done I press the shutdown button and then it was starting to turn off my PC then suddenly a blue screen
I have attached the DM_Log

PS: do you want me to post new thread for this or nah?
Thanks,
Darren

As I expected, Avira is causing problems
Suggested to use Windows Defender as alternative and remove Avira
How do I uninstall my Avira Antivirus product?
Code:*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgntflt.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avgntflt.sys
i see, yea i had problems with avira before that it causes my laptop to crash, I just tried to reinstall it cause I thought it just conflict my other programs. cause my brother uses avira we both have the same windows 10 home but his laptop is Dell.. is it possible that avira is not compatible with MSI??
anyways I removed it and thanks a lot again axe0!! you are awesome!!
I can't say, I'm not sure why Avira was causing problems.
Hope the bluescreens stay away now :)
I had another one just now
I removed the avira yesterday
