There are no dumpfiles in your zip.

But i found this all your WER ( Windows Error Reporting) are
    +++ WER1 +++:
    Fault bucket , type 0

    Attached: 1
    Controller ID: 0x0
    Vendor/Product ID: 0x264A, 0x3006
    FF Driver: n/a
This seems to be your USB Gaming Keyboard.
Does it needs to have drivers or must you update to windows 10 driver.
Do you have the proper USB drivers installed for your motherboard
Did you have all the latest drivers for your motherboard esp. the chipset etc.
What bios version do you have the latest is 1.60

If you have a other Keyboard use this one(unplug the USB gaming keyboard) and see if you also have the problems.

    It isn't exactly a bluescreen, more a sudden shutdown/restart.

BIOS = 1.60, present in the files.

I would recommend to check the PSU if it is a little loosy and if any cable is loosy.
    After that test the PSU

Hmm we thought it was an external hard drive trying to boot. Thanks for figuring that out! I'll go find out if there's updates etc :).

Okay not sure I can do the PSU test....I don't have those items or the money to get them. Do you think the PSU could be faulty or is it possible some sort of error is causing it to shut down?

I'm suspecting a loosy cable or improper connected PSU or damaged connections. In a store it often occurs that something hasn't been done proper (enough)

I checked all the cords and they seem to be well plugged in. The fans are working as well. I can't really tell you the cpu temps because it wont stay on long enough at the moment.

Now I would really like to know if the PSU is faulty, see if you can borrow a multimeter from someone.

We're taking it back to the shops in the morning. It's been 31 days since we bought it exactly and it literally will not turn on at all anymore. Well it does but it turns off within seconds . It went from bad to worse very quickly.
