There are many DDR3 modules running 1600Mhz from many different memory manufacturers.
According to the manual, your motherboard does NOT support your memory part numbers.

Have you changed your motherboard in the time you have your system?

Just to note, I checked the 2015 manual version, I can't read german (2013 version).

Thanks. I will try it. My hard drive makes a small clicking noise but it is so minimal. I probably got used to it, I am not sure if it is normal or unusual. I will try to record it. Nvm. I don't have a good microphone.

TURNS out it was the hard drive. I removed the faulty one and installed windows on my second drive.

Now my Windows start up in less then 30 seconds.

Everything is quick and smooth.

From your edited reply I understood you think I am an expert or pro or something at this, I am a person with possible one of the least experience in BSOD debugging from the Windows 10 Help Forums, anyone from my level could be in the wrong direction sometimes.

If you don't appreciate what I said, you can formulate it in another way then calling it half ***** answers.
