    BSOD Kernel_Security_Check_failure APC_index_Mismatch

I am continuously getting these errors after formats, resets, and everything i can think of. I've been told the hardware checks out and it must be a software issue, any help on the issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Please try to reinstall Malwarebytes:
    Clean removal: https://support.malwarebytes.org/cus...5311?b_id=6438
Install: Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software
    Note   Note
If you have any license with Malwarebytes the data will be removed from your system, be sure to backup the license before removing!
You need to fill in the data again when you install Malwarebytes again.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. Be sure to ONLY install the display drivers using custom/advanced options.

     DRIVER VERIFIER

    warning   Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Some windows drivers are blamed in a few crashes, but that usually means that a 3rd party driver is actually the cause.
Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

    Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

I re followed your instructions and notice something in the driver verifier. I have drivers for both AMD and Nvidea display, this computer is running only on amd hardware would having those drivers be causing this crash?

I suggested driver verifier, because the dump doesn't show any driver as a cause.
With a minidump it is possible to not show any driver as a cause, driver verifier usually helps a bit with finding the cause(s) and showing them.

I understand that, i am just asking if that would contribute to the crashes, verifier hasn't crashed.

Usually inactive drivers aren't causing issues, but there are exceptions.

What Nvidia drivers do you have exactly? Have you every installed Nvidia hardware?
