    I'm not sure in what direction I need to be for a possible solution, but I think it would be in the BIOS.

    Please check your motherboard manufacturer for BIOS updates.
    If there are none, please make sure your BIOS settings are loaded for optimal default settings (if necessary tweak a little for stability)

    Mother board bios are up to date, checking other options, increased voltage to ram. Researching my parts the combination i bought has been known to ship with one stick 1.35v and the other 1.5v sticks in the same package

    That could cause problems, hope you're aware of that?

    What are the specs of both sticks? (frequency, voltage, etc.)
