    Random BSOD occurred three times

    Hi,

On three occasions, my laptop has crashed displaying the blue screen. If I recall correctly, the blue screens occured while I was either browsing the web or reading a PDF..

    Thank you!

Yes, I would still like some help ... I didn't use my laptop much since the last crash.

Please check your manufacturer Acer for driver updates.
I would suggest to update your BIOS, update or reinstall the newest driver available for Windows 10.
This removes any corrupted drivers and updates the outdated drivers
Download Drivers and Manuals | Acer Official Site

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely.
