IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL Neverwinter Online Asus k55a

On installing Neverwinter Online for some reason part way through the patching process I get this irql error. I've spoken to microsoft, and gotten no response from ARC support. Please anyone if you can figure this out, I've been wanting to play this game for months now.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

    warning   Warning
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with Driver Booster 3, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

Remove IOBit software, it is known for causing problems and also has caused crashes in this case.
    Code:

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for UrlFilter.sys

Upload a new zip from the dm log collector and I'll have a look :)

Solved it! It was the auto defrag in the Smart Defrag program, so it wasn't an issue with drivers or Driver Booster or any of the other IObit software :) I can understand how there would be an irq error if during a patch it is being automatically defragmented. Hope this end up helping someone else.
