BSOD while playing League of Legends

I keep getting a BSOD (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED) when playing LoL for around 30 minutes. I have ran memtest, furmark for my GPU test, and I did the CPU stress test. All ran fine when testing them and nothing got too hot. I'm thinking maybe it's driver related?

Which file should I look for errors in?

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
I recommend to clean install a genuine copy of Windows.

KMSpico is present on your system, this program is known for counterfeit activating Office and/or Windows.
Office isn't present and the genuine.txt contains the activation that is only genuine for organisations that uses Enterprise.
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\KMSpico Public:Start Menu\Programs\KMSpico Public
    Code:
      <ActivePartialProductKey>H8Q99</ActivePartialProductKey>

How did you get your installation?
If still possible I would get my money back for this.

I doubt it is true what you say, if it is an upgrade from a genuine Windows 7 installation you wouldn't have KMSpico installed and your activation would have looked different.

I won't go any deeper into this as it would be against the rules.
If you get new bluescreens after a clean genuine installation we'll gladly help.

The desktop I purchased had the Windows 7 already on the PC which I believed was a licensed copy, I upgraded it after doing all the Windows 7 updates to Windows 10.

Thank you I'll post back after purchasing a new copy if I have issues!
