BSOD - KERNAL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE when opening Adobe Premiere.

    Hi there,

So I just got a new custom Laptop (from PC Specialist.co.uk) and have just installed Windows 10 and necessary software.

    Specs
    Optimus VII
    Intel Skylake i7 6700HQ 2.60ghz
    8Gb Kingston Ram
1tb WD Blue HDD (will be swapping for M.2 SSD as boot drive in the future)
    Nvidia 960M

I've managed to get it to game and it seemed fine running GTA V up to 50fps; however when I tried to open Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 the Laptop BSOD; this has happened about three times now.

Any help with the problem would be great, I've attached the Dump files below.

    Thanks

    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER

    warning   Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

    Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the reply and advice, I've since tried this and have been met with several irql_not_less_or_equal BSODs before reaching Windows 10 Login screen. I figured I would then instead have to go through each non-microsoft driver one by one to identify the one causing the issue.

    Any other advice?
I have attached the new .zip with up to date dump files just in case.

    Thanks

Please check your manufacturer, whoever it may be, for driver updates.
This sound driver is very old.

It does seem to be the driver causing the boot BSOD after the Driver Verifier is used.

I've had a route around and it seems to be a Sound Blaster Cinema 2 type sound interface, so I am currently attempting to solve that driver issue and therefore the BSOD issue as a whole.

    Thanks again

    Attachment 55460

Right, so I seem to have updated the Audio Driver and am no longer receiving the irql_not_less_or_equal BSOD on Boot; however it still seems that Adobe Premiere is unable to start without causing the original KERNAL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.

Once again I have attached the Dump files

    Cheers.

Following links are links to driver information, it is recommended to update the drivers/software.
    Driver Reference Table - PxHlpa64.sys
    Driver Reference Table - FPSensor.sys

So the first driver is a CD/DVD burner Driver - and is seemingly up to date
The second is a Biometric (fingerprint reader) driver, which has been updated
As well as that I've updated the Airplane mode driver as well.

Restarted and tried Premiere and got the Kernal_Security_Check_Failure BSOD. I have uninstalled and re-installed Premiere with no change.

    Dump files attached

    Thanks
