Here are the screenshots. I'm not an expert but nothing looks too concerning to me. Could it be my NTFS driver? If so, how do I go about updating that?

There is indeed nothing concerning fortunately :)

The NTFS (Windows File System) driver is a driver from Windows, Windows drivers can only be updated through Windows Update.
In case you would ask, you can't force a specific update.

Back again. I've recently upgraded the HD that I thought might be the culprit but the BSOD's are still happening every so often. Them seem to be limited when I'm putting a hard drive under heavy load (2 times the past few weeks while using Adobe Lightroom, once while using Cyberlink Power Director). Attached are the latest log files. Thanks again.

Alright I updated the BIOS, can't believe I didn't update that sooner. What do you mean by AV? Audio/video? If so, I am outputting over HDMI to a acer monitor. As far as video I just use Sennheiser headphones.

    Thanks again.

Ah, that makes a lot more sense. I am on fire in this thread.

    I just use Windows Defender.
