Crash after it sits for a while

This is a machine I built from scratch about six months ago. Upgraded to Windows 10 about two months ago. I keep getting very random crashes, sometimes once a week, some times more. Yesterday it happened twice.

It seems to only happen when the computer is unattended for a while. I'll have it on overnight and in the morning I have a black screen, sometimes with only the mouse cursor present.

As kind of a side issue, when turn it off then reboot, I have to hit F2 to get into the ASUS BIOS. Somehow the BIOS seems to change on it's own and drops the Patriot Blaze SSD from the boot path, so I have to hit F8, highlight Patriot Blaze, then it boots normally. In the past, I thought I fixed this boot issue by flashing the latest BIOS. It worked for a while and boots off the SSD, then after a week or two suddenly the SSD is dropped from the boot path.

There weren't any minidump files, so I am attaching the text of the Windows MEMORY file, which I got using Windows WinDbg (X64).

Please just upload the dump file instead of the text, the dump itself is much more useful :)
To upload the dump, you might need to use a 3rd party uploader.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.

    Okay.

I uninstalled the AMD driver using the link provided. I downloaded the Realtek Win 10 Auto Installation Program (SID:1779116), V10.006. I first used it's uninstall section to remove the old driver, then I re-booted and installed the Realtek Ethernet Driver. I unplugged the USB cord that I use to connect to my HTC One M8 smartphone.

Seems to be fine right now, but it may take a few days before it acts up again.

I see it is still trying to boot to the hard drive (F: ) and not the SSD (C: ) . Should I try and fool with that now?

    Thank you for your help.

Well, it has crashed a couple of times. Last week there was Windows 10 Update that had what I believe was a new AMD driver and I installed it, but no help there. For some reason, it looks like id didn't create a new MEMORY.dmp file. The one that I see was last modified November 1, 2015.

    Any recommended course of action?

Upload a new zip from the DM log collector and follow suggestions below.

Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 10 tutorial

    Diagnostics Test

     System File Check

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

What kind of a crash do you mean?
    • Freeze crash
    • Bluescreen crash
    • Sudden shutdown/restart crash

Only with the bluescreen crash a dump is created.
