it's strange, some drivers here i don't use them. like cpuz or Sonic CD/DVD and some are already the lastest version available.

I see what is going on here. "ArcCtrl.sys" driver belongs to "Arcsoft Total Media Theatre". This application is no longer supported. With the latest Windows 10 update this player will cause a BSOD when it is installed along tools like Any DVD HD.

To fix this you should uninstall
Arcsoft Total Media Theatre and remove the driver manually, for some reason it is not removed after you uninstall the software.
Simple way to delete it manually is to use autoruns application. Right click
ArcCtrl.sys on the drivers tab delete it and restart.

Arcsoft Total Media Theatre will not work without this driver, so you have to move on to a different player that is still being developed like PowerDVD 15.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you. I had exactly this problem. AnyDVD HD and Arcsoft TMT 5 on the same Windows 10 Pro machine. It was working fine till late November, and then started these BSOD after a Windows update.

I removed AnyDVD HD and that solved the BSOD problem, as I need TMT 5 for Bluray and DVD playback.

PowerDVD 15 works even better than TMT5, plus you surely will get more BSOD due to TMT5, that was the problem for me.
Since i've uninstalled it, no more BSOD
