Alright,
Have you checked for BIOS updates from your mainboard manufacturer?
I have checked, but can't find any.
I have the latest bios 5.11 off the HP site nothing newer
i had a microsoft tech in my pc & he changed a few things cause of my microsoft account online trying to delete other devices on there & forgot what he did in msconfig so i wanted to restore back before he went into it but it wont run but while he was in there ran into a blue screen page fault also
I assume the crash was page_fault_in_nonpaged_area?
BSOD Index
Is a system restore tried in safe mode?
I did a system restore by pressing shift and restart and then again it rebooted into system restore then blue screen
yes was a page fault before

actually ccleaner deleted it but i ran it again & didn't make a dump file when it restarted into system restore. I unchecked the mini dump in ccleaner but not make a new dump file.
Search 'services.msc' and look for the service 'Windows Error Reporting Service' service.
Right click the service and choose properties, if the startup type is not manual set it to manual.
Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files BSOD Minidump - Configure to Create in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
Please check the page file settings and make sure it is properly configured
The complete memory dump will require that there is a page file set to at least the size of physical memory installed plus 1MB (for the header).
