Yes i Scanned my pc with at least 5-6 differnt very know rootkits scanners = Nothing.
If there are any it defently wont find them.
I would rather go the other way looking at voltage or somethjing els that could kill the pc on win 10 but not win 7 , the AV is a dead end.

So, I'm back. And sadly it still resets. I have 'somewhat' stabalized and I can play for a longer period of times. I bought an after market heat sink and i think it has helped. However, My temps are still low and it STILL restarts. I have replaced pretty much everything but the CPU. Is it time to say that it is the OS?

Sorry for such a late reply. It's been busy. So here's what I've done:

I've Stress test with Prime95 and doesn't restart. I've run 3dMark and it doesn't crash. However, It crashes when I play Dota 2, Pillars of eternity, and Fall out 4. the times are random. Some days i can play the entire day with only one crash. Other times, I get consistent crashes, one right after another.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all of my drivers and updated my bios, audio drivers, graphics card driver, etc.

    My current plan is to:
    - Find a Copy Of windows 7
    -get a new hard drive.
-Clean install windows 7 on new hard drive and test games on it.

Reasoning: Right now, I have replaced almost every single part in my computer, other than my cpu, so I can safely say it's not a hardware issue. I have differentiated the outlets for my power intake. I have an After market heat sink for a non-overclocked CPU. I have cleaned installed windows 10 3 different times. All that I am left with (to my best knowledge) trying is:
    • Installing a new OS and testing it.
    • Getting a New CPU to test it.
    • Waiting for a Magical Windows update to solve my needs
    • Getting a new computer entirely (Desperation mode)

So, the information i would like or want to know is if there is Any Other Solutions i have yet to try. Some bios feature i need to disable. Or Some software update I forgot.

    Thanks for your patience.

I have the same issue with a brand new computer. Happened on the first day I owned it and will randomly happen twice a day, or sometimes go 3-5 days before resetting.

Dealing with HP is a hassle since they have no idea what to do beyond reinstalling windows and downloading drivers. It's a pretty bizarre and uncommon problem it seems and I've seen information talking about everything from chainging settings, to having your power outlets checked for dips in voltage. Impossible to diagnose and would love to think it just has a defective power supply or other hardware malfunction but the more I read from other users, the harder it is to pin down the issue. Is windows 10 just garbage and causes random issues?

As users upgrade to Windows 10, they don't think of the things that come looking at it like updating/reinstalling drivers or reinstalling software.
After upgrading it often occurs that bugs have appeared from the upgrade, luckily a lot are gone when updating drivers but it just is sometimes a difficult troubleshooting process to narrow then everything.
